Selection Procedure
• Selection will be through written test
• Candidates should have passed Diploma on or after 01s t August 2014
• Only Indian Nationals are eligible
• Reservation for SC, ST, PWD & OBC candidates is as per the guidelines in vogue
• Following documents are to be produced in original for verification:
1. 10t h standard Marks Card (as proof of age)
2. Provisional Diploma Certificate / Diploma Certificate/ all semester marks cards
3. SC / ST / PWD / OBC Certificates (if applicable)
General Details:
• The candidates who fulfill the above conditions only need to appear for the selection
• The duration of the Apprenticeship training is one year
• Stipend payable is Rs. 3,550/- per month
• Canteen and Transport facilities are provided at nominal charges
• OPD Medical facilities is provided at BEL hospital
• Dormitory accommodation for outstation candidates is available
• No TA/DA will be paid for candidates to attend the selection
• The selected candidates will be issued provisional offer letters for Apprenticeship training under Apprenticeship Act

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
Candidates other than Kapu, Balija, Gajula Balija, Telaga and Ontari candidates are not eligible for the Job Mela.
Candidate should bring (caste) Certificate invariably.
Students from Reddy community of Nellore, Chittoor, Kadapa, Anantapuram, and Kurnool districts with Kapu caste certificate issued by the Tahsildhar are not eligible.
Students of Turupu kapu & Gajula Kapu community are not eligible.
Caste certificates issued by All India Telaga Kapu Balija Sangham are invalid.
Candidates should be in the age group of 18 to 30 years.
Candidates are required to bring copies of academic records/mark sheets, 5-7 copies of resume, photos and a copy of Aadhar Card.
Every half an hour, free buses will be arranged from Ibrahimpatnam junction to the venue.
Counselling will be held on 19th & 20th and Job Mela will be held on 21stStudents can attend the counselling on 19th or 20th October, 2016.
Candidates who have attended to counselling on 19th or 20th can go back and attend Job Mela on 21st.
