Educational qualification
- Matriculation or Its Equivalent and
- Diploma in Electrical /Mechanical /Elecronics and Telecommunication (Radio/power) engineering, studied in AICTE approved college, and minimum 60%Agrigate are eligible
Age
- Minimum 18 years maximum 22 years i.e, Born between 1/February/1996 to 31/January/2000
How to apply
- Applications will be accepted Online from 06th to 13 September till 1700hours
- Candidates logon to www.joinindiancoastguard.gov.in
- Click on Opportunities button
- Select the advertisement for Yantrik 01/2018 batch
- Select the post applied from anyone of the following, Electrical /Mechanical/Elecronics and Telecommunication
- Read the instructions and click IAgree button and the online application will be displayed
- Proceed to fillup online application
- After successfully submission of Online application an unique application number will be displayed
- Candidates must notedown the application number for future reference
- Applicants to take printout of e admit card through the url http://joinindiancoastguard.gov.in/reprint.aspx from 22 to 29 sep 2017
- Not reaching the eligibility criteria a rejection slip giving the cause of rejection with the application number
Selection procedure
- Call letters cum e admit card will come for eligible short listed candidates indicating date and time of Examination which are scheduled on October 2017
- The qualifying percentage will be increased based on number of applications received
- Those who qualifie written test will call up for physical fitness test
- Candidates who qualifie in physical fitness test will required to undergone initial Recurtment medical examination at the respective center
